Individual Expressions began in the early 90's focusing on promoting the idea of expressions of individuality communicating through T-Shirts. Over the years I have agressively searched for ways to supply a demand as well as Individually Express my thoughts and ideas. From T-shirts to a Body Line, how did that happen? A few years ago I was introduced to bath a scrub made with salts and oil from a company who may now be a competitor. I fell in love with this body pampering system because it allowed my body to remain soft after I showered without the further application of any lotion. In addition to that, my body remained fragranted all day. It was perfect. However the perfection diminished as they one by one continued to discontinue my favorite fragrances. After the discontinuing of Night Blooming Jasmine, I called it quits. I took a peek at the ingredients and realized that I could make it myself only substituting several ingredients with my own choices for reasons you will find on this website. I began to study diverse types of treatments and ingredients and found many that nurture, and preserve the skin as well as soften and moisturize. Many of the oils that I have chosen to use absorb quickly into the skin. I sought information from various countries many of which are in Africa. I learned that these natural ingredients have been used for centuries for the their antibacterial, sun blocking, and treatment of skin ailments. I began making the scrub for myself and friends and the research I performed allowed me to venture out and create each and every product on this site. The scrub which is now called Skin Glaze and our more advanced version made with Dead Sea Salts called Skin Buffer was so popular amongst friends and family I hated to tell that them that being an exfoliate, it's proper to use only once to twice a week. This fact allowed me to dig deeper and that is when I created the Daily Shower Body Mousse. It is incredible if I do say so myself. Use it just like you would a body scrub but you can use it everyday if you wish. December 2006 was Individual Expressions first exposure to the public. After several years of creating, testing and quite simply enjoying the products, I am excited to share my creations with the world. Individual Expressions is on the ground floor moving forward and upward.
